Molgae Timeblend [Chungju]

[Performance Introduction] A combination of traditional Samulnori, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and media art! Reborn as a futuristic performance content! The "Media Art AI Convergence Samulnori" project, jointly pursued by Artistic Director Lee Young-kwang and Director/Writer Moon Jeong-su, takes the stage after being selected for Chungju City's convergence cultural content creation and production support project, "Next Show." This project was carried out with production costs totaling 100 million won, aiming to go beyond a simple reproduction of traditional performances to develop global performance content based on Samulnori. It recites the deep stories of human life flowing within the tangible and intangible heritage of Chungju, the city of Gugak, through poetry, and conveys the essence of authentic Samulnori through its rhythmic patterns.
