KINTEX

KINTEX is the largest international exhibition and convention center in the Republic of Korea. It opened on April 29, 2005, and its most significant feature is its ability to host large-scale heavy equipment exhibitions and events that were difficult to accommodate in existing domestic exhibition centers. As an international exhibition venue jointly invested in by Gyeonggi-do, Goyang-si, and KOTRA, it contributes to economic revitalization, job creation, and community service. In particular, through the establishment of a close cooperation system with the government, it is striving for the development of the Korean MICE industry by fostering the exhibition support industry and attracting high-tech exhibition technology-based industries, as well as improving local government cultural tourism conditions through citizen participation.
